Where intuition, emotion, and symbolism meet color.
My art is where I process, release, and reconnect with myself. Every piece holds a moment a feeling, a shift, a truth I was living through. Painting is how I breathe through the things I don’t always have words for.
Why I Paint
I paint in seasons of becoming. In moments of heaviness and moments of joy.
My art is emotional, intuitive, and layered with meaning. It’s where I let myself feel, soften, and move through whatever life is asking of me. I paint to heal and process life.
I paint in layers, emotional layers, color layers, intuitive layers.
I start with whatever is living in my body at the time, heaviness, hope, confusion, joy, softness, grief, becoming.
I let the brush move before I think.
I let the colors choose themselves.
I let the piece tell me what it wants to be.
Some layers stay visible. Some disappear under texture. Some are secrets only I know are there.
Symbolism in My Work
Hidden Gold Hearts
I hide a small gold heart somewhere in every painting. It’s my quiet reminder of love, softness, and the places where healing lives.
Sometimes it’s obvious. Sometimes it’s tucked away. But it’s always there, a little piece of me, a little piece of hope.
Affirmations + Focus Words
I also write words into my paintings, usually affirmations or focus words.
Sometimes they’re in the very first layer, where only I know they exist.
Sometimes they’re blended into the texture on top.
These hidden words are like quiet prayers and messages woven into the foundation of the art.
What I Hope You Feel
I hope my art feels like a place you can breathe.
A place where emotion is allowed.
A place where color holds meaning.
A place where you can see yourself, your softness, your strength, your becoming.
Every piece is made with intention.
Every piece holds something true.
Every piece carries a heart and a word meant to be felt.
